Club Assembly:
A List of Projects Was Created and Handed to the Club members
President Greg Mills kicked off the discussion with Club Service and gave a list of all the different projects and expense items that Club Assembly is involved with. Jill Kuli this year's Community Service Chairperson let us know that this year there will be more hands on projects. The first project to consider is donating childrens books to the O.C. Fair. If you show up with 3 books on July 28th you can get free admission to the fair. Jill is still also looking for donations to Working Wardrobes.
This year it was also noted that our budget is down from last year when we had $52 alotted and actually spent $41,000; this year's budget is $27,000. So we are looking to do a few projects well and will require that any group seeking funds request the funds and the purpose for the funds..
